- Option to choose colours and decorations (Custom)
The electric motor Navigaflex with option INBOARD
The electric motor Navigaflex INBOARD has the advantage to retract the propeller into the hull and the function to pivot the propeller allows the replacement of the bow propeller.
On a sailing boat the hydro generator option makes an extra accessory unnecessary.
Compact and light, the Navigaflex version INBOARD can be discreetly integrated in the naval architecture of different boat types.
The significant advantages of the electric motor Navigaflex
- A single dimension of the motor with the choice of motorization: 4 KW (8 HP), 6 KW (12 HP), 2 x 6 KW, 8 KW (16 HP), 2 x 8 KW, 10 KW (20 HP), 2 x 10 KW, 15 KW (30 HP), 2x 15 KW depending on the use and the size of the boat.
- One reliable and tested concept with the options INBOARD or OUTBOARD, which is compatible with the vast majority of boats.
- Integrated standard functions that make expensive accessories superfluous for instance an automatic pilot, bow propeller or a hydro generator.
- A new technology that uses renewable energies.
- A motor respecting the environment without neither noise pollution nor emissions of pollutants of exhaust gas and lubricating oils. In certain regions, it is possible to navigate in nature reserves or waters prohibited for thermal motors.
- In comparison to a traditional inboard motor, the electrical boat motor Navigaflex distinguishes itself through a more compact, simple and robust integration. The inboard motor can be installed in a reduced space.
- The implementation of the installation is considerably made easier through an electronic remote control connected to the motor (Plug and Play).
Thanks to all these advantages, the equipment of the boat is simplified and the costs are reduced.
Suitable boat types for the Navigaflex motor
- Large units
- Racing sailboats
- Leisure boats
- Fishing boats
- Working boats and vehicles
- Small and inflatable crafts
- Nautical vehicles on foils

Racing sailboats
The Navigaflex motor is especially appropriate for this boat type. Compact and light, the motor integrates discreetly in the naval architecture of the boat.
The possibility to retract the propeller makes the boat perform better.
Working boats and vehicles
Thanks to the large torque at low speed and the large diameter of its propeller the electric motor Navigaflex develops a strong pushing force and can carry out very delicate tasks.
The rotation of the propeller arm, especially in the configuration double motorization, allows an exceptional maneuverability. With a retracted arm the transport and beaching of the working boat is made easier.
Examples: Beach and port cleaning, small ferry, anti-pollution boat, fire brigade boat, public services, training sailing boat
Leisure boats
Silent, easy to use, less maintenance and very clean, easier to maneuver in marinas as a result of the adjustability of the propeller.
The demand for more luxury and the use of a variety of electrical appliances asks for more and more energy. The storage of energy is the solution to this development. Sailing boats have the option of the hydro generator as the batteries are recharged under sail.
Fishing boats
The amateur fisherman lagging behind, demands reduced speed and very few noise pollution. Within this perspective the electrical motor Navigaflex is optimal.
Nautical vehicles on foils
The technical and hydrodynamic details of the arm allow a development of fast and less energy consuming vehicles on foils.
The concept of the electric motor Navigaflex allows considering the development of special vehicles on foils. In the near future these fast, silent and non-polluting vehicles will be integrated in urban traffic of harbour and river cities. The Navigaflex department of research and development consults and helps with the conception and design of such boats.
Small and inflatable crafts
The retracted arm of the outboard version makes the docking uncomplicated.
